The Director-General of the Progressive Governors Forum (PGF), Alhaji Salihu Mohammed Lukman, has asked power brokers in the ruling APC to reach a consensus on how to present credible candidates for the 2023 general elections including presidential candidate.
In a statement yesterday titled, ‘Seductiveness of Conventional Politics and the Challenges Facing APC’, Lukman said time was ripe for the party to begin talks on how to field candidates and win the next general elections.

He also asked the Governor Mai Mala Buni-led Caretaker Committee to use the six months’ timeline extension to rebuild the party and ensure that all reforms going on were sustained in order to strengthen the party ahead of future polls.
