Before the thanksgiving and dedication service at Dunamis, the club had rounded up its COVID-19 protocols compliant camping in Gboko town with a visit to the NKST Foundation Orphanage Mkar, a suburb of Gboko to donate food and other items to the orphans and also lift their spirits.
The General Coordinator of the club, Sam Aindigh said it is Lobi Stars’ tradition to give back in form of corporate social responsibility anywhere they camp ahead of the season.
The Executive vice-chairman of the club, Mike Idoko told Daily Trust that Lobi Stars have made it a point of duty to attend the pre-season tournament because of the calibre of clubs involved and the cordial relationship between the Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom and Rivers State governor, Neysom Wike.
