EFCC, ICPC urged to probe alleged hoarding palliatives

A former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Timi Frank, yesterday urged the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission to probe government agencies hoarding COVID-19 palliatives meant for Nigerians.

He also called on President Muhammadu Buhari to order the distribution of COVID-19 relief materials to poor and vulnerable persons.

He urged federal and state agencies, which still had such food items locked up in their warehouses, to immediately release them for distribution to the masses.
