EndSARS: Businesses resume in Jos hours after curfew is relaxed

Normal activities have resumed in Jos North and Jos South Local Government Area, of Plateau State hours after the state government has reviewed the 24-hour curfew earlier imposed in the two LGAs.

Governor Simon Lalong had on Tuesday imposed a 24-hour curfew in the said LGAs following the violence that erupted as a result of the blockade of Ahmadu Bello Way by EndSARS protesters, a development that sparked unrest.

But the government on Thursday announced the relaxation of the curfew  from 6 am to 8 pm as from Friday, October 23, 2020, until further notice.
