The Board of Odu’a Investment Company Limited has appointed four Independent Directors and Group Executive Directors (GED) while expanding the business.
The organisation said the development is part of a strategy to strengthen its corporate governance and repositioning the company to achieve its ambitious 5-Year Strategic Plans.
A statement by the Head of Corporate Businesses, Victor Ayetoro, said the board now has 11 members.
“It is imperative to increase the catchment areas of the Odua Investment,” it said.
Among the Independent Directors, Otunba Mrs Adebola Osibogun is on the board of FBN Holding Plc with over 30 years’ experience; Mrs. Folusho Olaniyan is the Chairman, Psaltry International Company Ltd, an agro-allied company in Oyo State.
For the Group Executive Directors (GEDs), Ms. Adekemi Ajayi who is the Group Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is a finance executive with over 17 years in senior leadership roles in her 30 years of experience in finance, strategy consulting and telecommunications, while Mr Olugbolahan Mark-George, is a strategy and business development guru with over 25 years of multi-sector experience.
