Entrepreneurship is about learning from failure and success – Mitchell Zvagelskiy

A business guru, Mitchell Zvagelskiy, has given an insight into what it takes to be successful in business.

At the age of 20, Zvagelskiy is on an upward trajectory that has seen him build a thriving eCommerce start-up and a lifetime of memories in the process of doing it.

At Scale Online, the team is building the world’s most efficient eCommerce management system.

Explaining, he said: “With the number of online shoppers continuing to increase, starting an eCommerce store is becoming a growing market opportunity for many to venture in.”

Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, Zvagelskiy has had a number of highs and lows that he believes can be useful for people aiming to venture into starting a business in today’s world.

ZGN Talks, his regular talk show with his co-founder, is an avenue to share his experiences.

“From starting and growing multiple online based businesses since the ages of 17, my business partner and I created a YouTube channel to share our successes, failures, and experiences throughout our journey.

“Our primary focus is that this content adds value to those planning to start their own business.”

One of the most recent videos uploaded to the channel talked about scaling Amazon stores to $100,000 dollars per month.

It said: “A business, whether it is an online business or not, does not immediately become large and successful upon launch; this process takes time.

“This process is known as scaling a business: increasing the size and profitability of your business.”

The video dives into the problems and impediments that can stop a company from scaling as well as sharing real life experiences that the team had to overcome to get to where they are presently.

“Without the right mindset, one will inevitably fail in starting a business,” Zvagelskiy explains.

“When one goes through the typical process as most (school, get good grades, college, job), this is a path that’s proven, therefore easier for many to succeed in.

“When first starting a business, you need to be ready for the following: fail, risk/lose money, only surround yourself with like-minded individuals, cut unhealthy habits you have.”

It is this information that Zvagelskiy and his partner are sharing on a platter to interested parties via his YouTube and podcast channels.
