The presidency Sunday urged Nigerians to ignore as a “publicity stunt” the widely circulated reports alleging that former Speaker Umar Ghali Na’Abbah had been invited by the Department of State Service (DSS) over his alleged comments on President Muhammadu Buhari.
A presidential spokesman, Garba Shehu, in a statement issued, said findings had revealed that his invitation had nothing to do with the alleged “irresponsible utterances” by Ghali Na’Abbah, which “did not catch the attention of the Presidency, or of any serious politician for that matter.”
