Stakeholders chart course for real estate devt

Over 500 stakeholders in the real estate sub-sector have resolved to hold a festival in a bid to stimulate growth in Nigeria’s property market.

The Lagos Real Estate Festival is an annual event which would be held virtually from September 29 to 30, 2020.

It is a gathering of the most influential and knowledgeable public and private sector stakeholders within Nigeria’s property environment.

According to the organisers, the virtual event will clarify shared challenges facing Nigeria, particularly the Lagos real estate sector, the practical solutions and roadmap towards navigating the need for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) at the state and federal levels.

The festival is a property-focused forum that harmonises stakeholders in the property industry for learning, knowledge transfer and peer-to-peer networking.
