The Ondo State Police Command has arraigned a 27-year-old man, Ogbonaya Francis Friday, before an Akure magistrate court for allegedly stealing the sum of N200,000.
Police prosecutor, Inspector Uloh Goodluck, told the court that Friday committed the offence on March 4, 2019 by 2pm at No. 2, Idemepe Street, Owo, when he stole the money from the complainant, Francis Nandi.

The defendant pleaded not guilty after the charge sheet was read to him.
His counsel, Barrister Joseph Arinju, applied for his bail.
Chief Magistrate Tope Aladejana granted him bail in the sum of N200,000, with one surety, and adjourned the case till August 2020 for trial.
