An Ado-Ekiti chief magistrate court has ordered the remand of a 17-year-old boy, Ojo Peter, at the Correctional Centre in Ado-Ekiti for alleged conspiracy and murder.

Police prosecutor, Inspector Caleb Leramo, informed the court on Monday that the defendant committed the offence on June 16, 2020 in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital.

Leramo alleged that Peter conspired with some people in his neighbourhood to murder a 38-year-old man, Obadare Falade.

The chief magistrate, Mr Abdulhamid Lawal, adjourned the case till July 30, 2020 for mention.
