e-learning sites get free data

The Federal Ministry of Education says a mobile service operator, 9mobile, has offered free data access to online education sites.

The Director, Press and Public Relations, Ben Bem Goong, said the move was meant to support the federal government’s e-learning initiative during the COVID-19 lockdown.

He said learners can visit the sites including National Open University of Nigeria – ceagslearn.nouedu.net, Khan Academy – www.khanacademy.com, Seesaw – web.seesaw.me/, Schoolgate – www.schoolgate.ng and MobileClassroom – www.mobileclassroom.com.ng to access online materials.
