Kilishin Katsina dies at 75

The remains of late Alhaji Iro Sabe, the kilishin Katsina, was buried on Tuesday at Dan Takum burial ground after funeral prayers at Kofar Soro.

The Chief Imam of Katsina, Liman Muddaha led the funeral prayer where he prayed for the repose of his soul and the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

Aged 75, late Sabe is survived by 2 wives, 20 children, and many great-grandchildren.

Among his children are Mannir Iro Sabe, a businessman; Audu Sabe, a Customs Officer; Bishir Sabe, a Court staff; and Dr Bashir Sabe, a lecturer at the Umaru Musa Yar’adua University, Katsina.
