The boys, thereafter, mobilized other gang members and unleashed mayhem on the community.

It was gathered that three of the attackers were killed, and several other residents injured. Houses and cars were also burnt, while the screens of dozens of other vehicles smashed.

Officers from the Lugbe Divisional Police Station and those of Rapid Response Squad (RRS) were quickly drafted to the scene and normalcy had since returned to the area.

This is happening few days after armed robbers invaded Lagos and Ogun towns to rain havoc following the lockdown declared in those states.

When contacted, the spokesman of the FCT Police Command, DSP Anjuguri Manzah, confirmed the incident.

He said investigation was ongoing, while security around the area has been beefed up.
