Evaristo’s ‘Girl, Woman, Other’ to get film adaptation

Bernardine Evaristo’s ‘Girl, Woman, Other’ is to get film adaptation after being acquired by British production company Potboiler Television.

Potboiler is run by BAFTA Award-winning producer Andrea Calderwood and Gail Egan.

‘Girl, Woman, Other’ is Evaristo’s eight novel. Published in 2019, it follows the lives of 12 characters in the United Kingdom over the course of several decades. It was awarded the 2019 Booker Prize.
