Borno State Governor, Prof. Baba Gana Umara Zulum has visited the National Directorate of Employment disbursement of resettlement Packs, Micro Loans and other Empowerment component to 8,150 women and youths in Borno state.

While on his visit, Zulum presented empowerment components to the beneficiaries.
