The member representing Ganjuwa/Darazo Federal Constituency in the House Representatives, Mansur Manu Soro, has called on the people and government of Bauchi State to support the establishment of a tertiary institution especially the approved Federal Polytechnic Wailo to be sited at the Bauchi Central Senatorial Zone.
The lawmaker, in a statement, said when established the polytechnic will address the imbalance of tertiary institutions in the state and create conducive atmosphere for educational development in the constituency and neighbouring states.
“We hope the new approved polytechnic will be situated in Bauchi central zone particularly Wailo.
“Indeed, in good conscience Wailo in Ganjuwa LGA is the most credible site for the approved polytechnic as it has a geographical advantage by virtue of the central location and access to other key towns, villages in Bauchi and its neighbouring states,” he said.
