The House of Representatives yesterday challenged the chairman of Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offence Commission to prove that members of the National Assembly are siphoning constituency projects’ funds.
The house adopted a motion by John Dyegh who accused the ICPC of destroying the image of the Nigerian legislature before the international community.
He said the claim by the ICPC boss portrayed lawmakers as thieves to pitch them against their constituents.
