Since the minimum wage bill was passed, most governors have shown in words and action that they are not ready to comply with the new law, which is sad. On the other hand, the federal government should look into implementing this same law for corps members. It is the federal government that pays us. I think it is only reasonable and fair that they take the lead and start paying corps members the minimum wage. The state governments might follow suit if the federal government decide to lead by example.NYSC members are also workers. Long live Nigeria!
