Flood sweeps away bank guard

A bank security guard died Wednesday after being swept away by flood in Eket Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. Musa Obaje Yinusa, a security guard with a bank located along Grace Bill Road, slipped into a gutter on his way back from lunch after the rainfall.

A witness, Mrs. Iquo Uwah, said he could not differentiate between the end of the road and the gutter, and slipped.
