JUST IN: NLC barricades Labour minister’s residence in Asokoro + VIDEO

A group of protesters led by the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) on Wednesday morning barricaded the residence of the Labour minister, Dr. Chris Ngige, in Asokoro area of the Federal Capital City, Abuja.

The protesters who stormed the residence as early as 5am on Wednesday said they took the action against the minister for not inaugurating the NSITF Board.

Our reporter observed that some security personnel were seen throwing stones at the workers who were protesting at the minister’s residence.
