“We however call on the government of Kogi State to expedite action towards the establishment of the proposed commission as the signing of the bill is not an end in itself, but a means to an end.”
“As a development partner working in the state, we believe that the establishment of the commission will give us and other development partners the needed opportunity to structurally engage with Kogi youths when it comes to capacity building and economic empowerment”.
The organisation also congratulated the over 1.8 million youths of Kogi State on the signing into law, the Kogi Youth Development Commission Bill by the State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
