Training School For Judges, Administrators, Imams and Mu’azzins, (TSJAIM), Jos, under Jama’atu Izalatil Bid’ah Wa’iqamatus Sunnah (JIBWIS) has inducted about 2002 Imams for leading prayers, judges for Qur’an recitation competition, administrators and mu’azzins for calling prayers who completed their training at the school from 2001 to 2019.
The Rector of the school, Hafiz Aminu Yusuf gave the figures at the induction of the graduates in Jos on Monday.
He said, “From the inception of the school in 2001 to 2019 we have now inducted about 2002 imams, administrators, judges for the Qur’an recitation competition and mu’azzins that would be calling for prayers.”
Hafiz Yusuf said the aim of establishing the school was to train imams and administrators that would make the society to practice best Islamic teachings.
He called on the graduates to practice diligently what they have learnt in the school and to serve humanity for the betterment of the society.
He added that this year the school has matriculated about 233 students from 22 states of the federation and Niger Republic.
