About 5, 210 patients have benefitted from free medical treatment by Salman Specialist Hospital in Jos.
The Medical Director of the hospital, Dr Abdul’Azeez Langwap, disclosed this yesterday during the closing ceremony of the event.
He said that was the fifth free medical outreach carried out by the hospital with the first one held in 2014.

He said:”We treated about 5, 210 patients cutting across genders and age groups and during the exercise, doctors have treated variety of illnesses and carried out surgeries, including major ones.”
He said typhoid, malaria, diarrhoea, diabetes, ulcer and epilepsy patients were attended to.
