Nasarawa Minority Leader defects from PDP to APC

The Minority Leader, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Mr. Peter Mbucho, (PDP-Akwanga North) has defected from the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The Speaker of the House, Ibrahim Balarabe-Abdullahi disclosed this in Lafia during Monday’s plenary.

He congratulated him for joining the next level train and also commended him for his decision.

In his brief remarks, Mbucho said, “I joined the APC on March 8, and I have delivered my constituency to APC during the governorship and state house of assembly election. As a former minority leader, I would continue to use my wealth of experience to add value to the APC-led government at all levels.”
