Following Saturday’s gubernatorial election in Benue state, the INEC has announced that APC won in Oju and Obi LGAs of the state.
These are the first results as declared by the electoral umpire out of the 23 LGAs in the state at 3:37pm on Sunday.
The APC polled 19,061 votes to beat the PDP which scored 13,110 votes in Oju LGA.

In Obi LGA, the APC scored 9,696 votes as against the PDP’s 9,055 votes.
