Akwa Ibom state governor, Udom Emmanuel, has won all the votes cast in his polling unit for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He had 468 votes representing 100% of the total votes cast for the governorship elections in Awa ward 1, unit 1, Onna local government area of the state.
The PDP also won the seat for the state house of assembly. The party’s candidate for the area, Mr Nse Essien scored 467 votes, while 1 vote was for PCP.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) had no votes in the governor’s unit.
