Presidential poll: Court of Appeal okays Atiku’s bid to inspect election materials

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has ordered the Independent National National Electoral Commission (INEC) to permit the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for inspection of materials used for the February 23 presidential election.

A three-member panel of judges presided by Justice Abdul Aboki on Thursday granted an ex parte motion by Atiku and the PDP to be allowed access to the election materials.

The panel however refused the application to be allowed to scan and conduct forensic analysis of the documents.
