Atiku floors Buhari in 9 of 11 LGAs declared in Plateau State

Results from 11 Local Government Areas (LGAs) out of the 17 in Plateau State showed the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar in early lead against the All Progressives Congress (APC)’s candidate, Muhammadu Buhari.

Daily Trust reports that Atiku led in nine of the local government areas with a wide margin.

Atiku comfortably won in Mikang, Kanke, Pankshin, Langtang South, Jos South, Riyom, Bokkos, Langtang North and Bassa LGA’s.

The APC however, swept Jos East and Qua’an Pan local government areas.
