Card reader failed to read governor, Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa state as the governor was made to cast his vote manually at Oruerewari Ward 2 unit 5 after writing down his details including his telephone number.
The governor while voting during the presidential and National Assembly elections, complained bitterly over the malfunction of card readers in the state.
He said it was not the first time the card reader device has failed to read him, adding that the same scenario played out during the 2015 general elections.
