An Appeal Court presided over by Justice Muhammed Mustapha on Monday granted Stay of Execution on the judgement of Justice Kolawole Omotosho of the Federal High Court which nullified all the primaries of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers state.
The appellate court also restrained the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from fielding the party’s candidates in 2019 general elections.
