Daily Trust learnt that the movie is now the first in Kannywood where advance booking tickets were made available before the premiere of the film.

Speaking with Daily Trust, actor and producer of the movie, Nafisa Abdullahi said the tickets are available at Film House Cinema, Ado Bayero Mall, in Kano.

“As at yesterday we have sold more than 2500 tickets due to advance tickets booking that we have introduced, and the idea has been rewarding.

“I know in the coming days, thousands of tickets would be sold because more people are becoming more aware of the advance booking of the tickets,” she said.

Nafisa, who won City People Entertainment Award in 2013 for Best Actress, added that tickets would also be available at the cinema venues across the 19 northern states.

“We are not giving tickets now because we want to prevent piracy and duplication of tickets,” she said.

The movie star further said that the movie wasn’t only on courtship, but also highlighted the dangers of drug abuse and domestic violence.
