Unknown gunmen, Tuesday night, kidnapped the Anglican Bishop of Ahoada Province, Bishop Clement Ekpey at Ahoada, in Ahoada East Local Government Area.
Report had it that the gun wielding bandits broke into the Bishop’s court at about 7.00pm Tuesday, and took the cleric away.
Rivers State Police Command Public Relation Officer, DSP Nnamdi Omoni has confirmed the story.

He said the command had deployed its men in the area to rescue the Bishop.
