Chams Plc has appointed Alhaji Y. A. Modibbo as its non-executive director.
A statement from the company’s Group Managing Director, Mr Femi Williams, said Modibbo has over 16 years of active banking experience.
He rose to the position of assistant general manager at Stanbic Bank Nigeria Limited before leaving the banking industry.
Modibbo joined Tiddo Securities Limited in 2001 as managing director.
He was a director of the Central Securities Clearing System Limited, a subsidiary of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) from 2001 to 2007.
