The board of the Nigeria Mortgage Refinance Company Plc (NMRC) has announced the appointment of Adeyemi Candide-Johnson as its chairman.
The board also confirmed Kehinde Ogundimu as the substantive Managing Director of the company; both appointments are effective December 1, 2018.
Candide-Johnson takes over from Dr. Charles C. Okeahalam who retired from the Board effective 30th November, 2018 after meritoriously serving the company as its first independent chairman.
