A founding member of the Kano State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and gubernatorial aspirant in the fourth coming elections, Builder Abdulkadir Yusuf Gude, has listed how his group would help Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje to deliver the five million votes he promised to President Muhammadu Buhari.
Builder Gude, who defected to the All Progressive Congress (APC) with a former Governor of the state, Mallam Ibrahim Shekarau, told Daily Trust in Abuja that their group will ensure the delivery of the promise through the members of their association, the Kanawa for Buhari (KFB).
According to him, KFB presently has a membership of over 500,000 people across all levels in the state.
“This membership will continue to grow in a geometric progression. The era of vote buying is over. The KFB will continue to mobilize and sensitize voters in Kano to elect only candidates they trust and have confidence in, like President Muhammadu Buhari,” Builder Gude said.
While urging Nigerians to put the interest of the Nation first before other interests, he added, “It is time to keep away from all distractions and focus on the Nation building embarked upon by the present administration of President Buhari.”
