PDP inaugurates presidential campaign council tomorrow

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will inaugurate its 2019 Presidential Campaign Council tomorrow (Thursday) at the Legacy House in Abuja.

The party’s National Executive Committee (NEC), which is the second highest decision-making organ of the party is also meeting today to discuss critical issues relating to campaigns.

Sources at the Wadata Plaza, the party’s National Secretariat, hinted our correspondent Wednesday night that the NEC would discuss how the campaign would be funded and approve members of the Campaign Council before inauguration.

The NEC would also discuss and approve the date for the commencement of the campaign and schedule of state visits.
