Greif Nigeria appoints MD

Greif Nigeria Plc.has announced the appointment of David Olufemi Onabajo as the company’s new managing director.

Onabajo’s appointment followed the retirement of Olukunle Obadina on October 31, 2018.

With effect from November 1, 2018, Onabajo resumed the role of the managing director.

Onabajo was born on February 16, 1975.,He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria.

He is an accomplished professional with over 16 years of result-driven and dedicated track record with wide-ranging experience in planning and leading operations involving medium and large scale manufacturing.

Onabajo joins Greif from the food and beverage industry where he had responsibility for all aspects of operations. He also has experience from the energy sector.
