Imo APC guber primaries: Court adjourns Uzodinma’s case against Nwosu indefinitely

A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Bwari, Abuja has adjourned indefinitely, the suit instituted by Senator Hope Uzodinma against the All Progressives Congress (APC) over the dispute arising from the Imo State APC governorship primary.

Uzodinma had sought among other reliefs, an order of the Court  directing the APC to forward his name (Uzodimma) to INEC as the party’s governorship candidate for Imo State, and an order restraining INEC from continuing to process or publish any other person’s name, except the name of Uzodimma.

However, the presiding Judge, Justice Othman Musa declined to substitute Nwosu’s name as pleaded by Uzodinma.
