The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole has filed an application challenging the allegation of fraud against him before a Federal High Court in Abuja.
Bishop Osadolor Ochei had asked for an Order of Mandamus compelling the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to prosecute Oshiomhole over alleged diversion of state funds to personal use.

In the preliminary objection brought before the court on Tuesday by his counsel, Damian Dodo (SAN), Oshiomhole is challenging Ochei’s locus standi as well as the jurisdiction of the court to hear the suit.
