Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has threatened to expose his predecessor,Aliayu Magatakarda Wamakko if pushed to the wall.
Addressing his supporters shortly after returning to the state, the first time since the national convention of PDP, Tambuwal said his predecessor had left many things that if pushed to the wall, he would expose them.
“When I became the Governor, some elders in the state advised him to draw a line which I did. I want us to remain in that course. They know what they left behind and if I open their can of worms, it will not augur well with some of them.
” if I am pushed to the wall, some of them will run away not even the EFCC can contain them.So let the sleeping dog lies,” he warned
The Governor also warned political parties against perpetrating violence in the state.
According to him, Sokoto is known to be a peaceful state and it must remain so.
He advised voters to elect people that would be dedicated to their needs and ensure the development of the state in the next election.
