Police and other security personnel had to disperse hundreds of youths who stationed themselves outside Zaranda Hotel waiting for the results to be announced.
Disagreements ensued between the committee members and the various agents of the aspirants over alleged tampering with the original results in many local government areas to allegedly favour some aspirants.
The agents also alleged that, some results have also been outrightly cancelled or inflated in favour of some aspirants.
The committee has also been accused of refusing to address the issues of brigandage, results sheets snatching and other breaches in Bauchi, Ganjuwa, Darazo and Warji local government areas.
Some of the aspirants have been fingered to have used thugs and other means to sway votes and deny their opponents an their supporters to fully participate.
