Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State wins PDP primary election with 2210 against his closest opponent, Surv. John Tondo who polled a total of 475 votes.
Prof. Paul Orhii scored the least of 10 votes and Engr Felix Atume got 44 votes to come a distance third position.
The chairman of the Benue State primary election, Mrs Zainab Maina declared the result at exactly 2:23pm.
