A faction of All Progressives Congress, APC in Rivers State loyal to Senator Magnus Abe has threatened to organise a parallel governorship primaries in the State.
The factional Chairman of the party, Peter Odike said that party will hold primary to elect the party’s flagbearer.
He called on the members of the party to come out and vote for a candidate of their choice.

APC NEC has approved indirect primaries for the party in Rivers State.
Meantime, APC governorship aspirant in the State, Barrister Dumo Lulu Briggs has called on the national leadership of the party to cancel today’s governorship primaries in the State.
He said the call has become necessary as to rectify the anomalies in the party.
