Chelsea have made it two wins from two under new boss Maurizio Sarri thanks to a dramatic 3-2 victory over London rivals Arsenal yesterday evening.

The Blues led by two goals with 20 minutes on the clock through Pedro and Alvaro Morata, but the Gunners bounced back and were on level terms before the break.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Alex Iwobi, both guilty of missing big chances, put their side on course for a first point under Unai Emery with their quickfire goals.

Chelsea snatched all three points in the final 10 minutes, however, with Marcos Alonso scoring the decisive fifth goal following some good play from substitute Eden Hazard out wide.

The Blues were rewarded for their perseverance late on when Hazard created some space for himself down the left and squared the ball to Alonso for a simple finish.

Former Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud and current Gunners ace Aaron Ramsey were both unlucky with their shots in the dying embers of the game, with Chelsea seeing things through for three vital points.
