Famous Kannywood actress, Zainab Abdullahi, has returned to acting after five years break.
The actress popularly known as Zainab Indomie made the announcement on her Instagram page.
Indomie, who starred in blockbuster films like ‘Wali-Jam’, ‘Ali’ and ‘Garinmu Da Zafi’, said she “attained stardom at very young age but something went wrong which made me to lost everything”.
Indomie who was once the highest paid actress in Kannywood added that during her stardom she wasn’t herself and now she wasn’t blaming anybody for her misfortunes.
“I was not myself then, it was not deliberate and I’m not blaming anybody for my past misfortunes. Even as it stands, I can’t remember anything, can’t remember what caused it, who caused it and why it was me,”
The actress prayed for God’s forgiveness as she has now opened a new chapter in her acting career.
“If it was my fault, God, please forgive me, if it was someone’s fault, God please forgive that person and guide us unto the right channel and if it was my destiny, thank you God for testing me and thank you for the revival. God, I commit myself in your hands," she concluded.
