The Commandant of the Nigerian Military School (NMS), Zaria, Brig. Gen. Muktar Bunza, has said that the school is making significant contributions to the unity of Nigeria by bringing together people of different backgrounds.
Bunza spoke Thursday night during the Commandant’s Award Night held at the school in Zaria. “We are always challenged by the outstanding contributions the school has made in terms of human capacity development. The ex-boys have made tremendous contributions to national cohesion,” he said.
Bunza also said 151 boys that graduated from the school last year were enlisted into the Nigerian Army as soldiers, while about 20 of them attended the Nigerian Defence Academy interview.
