Harry Kane will be fit to play for Tottenham in the north London derby against Arsenal, Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed.
Kane has been left out of England’s World Cup warm-up matches against Germany and Brazil this week following discussions between the club’s medical staff and Gareth Southgate.
The Spurs striker had been recovering from a hamstring injury which forced him to miss his side’s 1-0 defeat to Manchester United on October 28, and was substituted late in the second half of the 1-0 win over Crystal Palace on Sunday having gone down in the early stages.
“He received a kick in his knee but don’t worry, he will be available in the next game,” Pochettino said.
