Galadanchi assumes office as new Imo CP

Imo State’s new Commissioner of Police, Dasuki Galadanchi, has assumed office in Owerri.

Galadanchi replaced Chris Ezike who was redeployed to Force headquarters in Abuja. 

Speaking in his maiden press briefing at the headquarters of the Imo State police command yesterday, Galadanchi warned against political thuggery, violence and anything that could affect the peace and security of the state.

The new CP urged the press to partner with him in the discharge of his mandate. 

Meanwhile, CP Chris Ezike thanked the people of the state for the cooperation accorded him while he served the state.  He asked them to give the same cooperation to his successor.
