Police nab 3 with illegal recruitment forms

The police in Potiskum LGA of Yobe State yesterday arrested three cyber cafe operators with nine copies of police recruitment forms.
Police spokesman, Toyin Gbadegesin, told newsmen while parading the suspects that their action amounted to criminal conspiracy and forgery and they would be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
He said forms for the recruitment of 10,000 policemen ordered by President Mohammadu Buhari are not yet out, and the authorities are working out modalities for the exercise.
He advised people to wary of activities of unscrupulous elements who had embarked on rumour peddling and illegal production and sale of the forms.
