Hajj stampede: Bagudu condoles lawmaker’s family

Governor Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State has condoled with family of the member who was representing Arewa constituency at the state House of Assembly, Abdullahi T. Yeldu.
The lawmaker died in the Hajj stampede in Saudi Arabia,that killed 769 and injured 934 others.
Bagudu, during a condolence visit to the family of the deceased in Kangiwa, Arewa Local Government Area, described the death of the lawmaker and all those who died in the stampede as a great loss to the state and Nigeria.
He prayed Allah to grant all those who died in the stampede eternal life and their family the fortitude to bear the loss.
The governor also prayed for the quick recovery of those who were injured.
The governor was accompanied by Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Alh Babale Umar Yauri, acting Head of Service, Alhaji Abubakar Udu and other top government officials.
